In Windows, the classic key combination to quit a malfunctioning program was Control, Alt, and what?
In a personal computer with the Windows operating system, Control-Alt-Delete (often abbreviated to Ctrl+Alt+Del), is the combination of keyboard keys that the computer user can press at the same time to terminate an application task or interrupt a function. In 2013, Bill Gates admitted that forcing users to press the Control-Alt-Delete key combination was a mistake, saying he would have preferred a single button to trigger the same actions, but could not get IBM to add the extra button into the keyboard layout.
