Where did Anne Frank write the last page of her diary?
Anne Frank was a German-born Dutch-Jewish diarist. One of the most discussed Jewish victims of the Holocaust, she gained fame posthumously with the publication of The Diary of a Young Girl, in which she documents her life in hiding from 1942 to 1944, during the German occupation of the Netherlands in World War II. On the morning of 4 August 1944, the Achterhuis was stormed by a group of German uniformed police. The Franks, van Pelses, and Pfeffer were taken to RSHA headquarters, where they were interrogated and held overnight. Anne couldn't take the diary, which she considered her best friend. After that, they were sent to concentration camps and unfortunately only Anne's father survived.
