Along the way it gave us six Infinity Stones, one snap that erased half of all life, and a purple villain who thought he was the hero.

No. All 15 questions are about the films, mostly the Infinity Saga from Iron Man in 2008 through Avengers: Endgame in 2019, so you do not need to have seen the series.
How hard are the questions?
It is an easy quiz overall. Anyone who has seen the main Avengers films should score well, though a couple of questions about lines of dialogue and the Infinity Stones reward close attention.
